One of the exciting new features for this year’s event is the enhanced first tee box, which has been significantly developed to improve the spectator experience.
Tom Phillips, Director of DP World Tour Middle East, said: “With less than a month to go, golf fans attending this year’s DP World Tour Championship will notice significant changes to the first tee. The seating area now allows for larger seating areas, providing a stadium-like experience and ensuring optimal views for players at kick-off.
“We are constantly evaluating how to further develop our product at the event and we believe these new additions to the first tee will not only enhance the overall spectator experience, but also benefit players and add to the atmosphere.”
The end-of-season event will feature a series of Family Day-themed children's activities on Sunday, November 17, including face painting, balloon bending, arts and crafts, a magic show and princess workshops, while House of Pops will give away from 9am Starting at 0:00, Champion Village will provide free plant-based fruit lollipops to the first 200 children on site.
