Leader Ángel Hidalgo and three-time champion Jon Rahm are in the all-Spanish finals group at the Accionona Open in Spain.
The two will play alongside compatriot David Puig in Sunday's match, and all three finished in double digits under par, with Hidalgo shooting a 68 to move two shots ahead at 13 under.
Rahm played most of the match without his injured driver but birdied two of the final three holes to reach 11 under, with Puig further behind and both men Shot 65.
Hidalgo missed an eight-foot putt on the second hole but holed out from 26 feet before adding a birdie on the fourth hole.
He bogeyed No. 12 but fought back again on the next hole and gained another stroke with a delightfully controlled approach to No. 15.
As he entered Sunday with a two-shot lead, a late right-to-left birdie putt prompted an intense punch and chest bump from his caddy.
“I thought I played some great golf after missing the short putt on 12th. Three under par on the back part of the course was pretty good,” he said.
“Normally, my caddy will read lines with me, and in the last game, I saw Jon's putt on the 18th hole — I was on the 17th green — and I saw the ball It broke a lot. I said to my caddy, “I made this putt,” and it was a good shot.
“I know David very well, I played with him when I was younger. Jon, what can I say? He's the GOAT of this tournament. I can't wait to get to the first tee tomorrow.”
Rahm needed to repair his driver after encountering problems early in the tournament.
The club was returned to him on the 14th, just after his fourth of six birdies on the day, and he used it to good effect, hitting the 16th hole 120 yards from the green A fierce kick from the right edge and a perfect run towards the cup.
That led to a birdie on the 18th hole and another that cost him the lead until Hidalgo responded in kind.
He insisted that the driver's absence “didn't affect me too much”, but added: “I was delighted to learn on the 12th that I would have the car by 14:00. I thought it might have been a small moment of happiness . ” gave me motivation for the rest of the round. “
Looking ahead to Sunday, he said: “I'm very excited. I haven't paired up yet. [Puig] I'm happy for the first time in any competition that we're in the final group.
“Hopefully I can get the win in the end, but it's definitely going to be an atmosphere on Sunday that they haven't experienced yet. There's going to be a lot of people watching, and it's going to be fun.”
Puig had six birdies and has played 34 holes since his last bogey.
“I was very consistent, no bogeys and made the putts,” he said before Hidalgo and Rahm finished.
“Extremely excited for tomorrow, I think it would be unreal if we had a team like this.”
England's Joe Dean and American Patrick Reed are tied for fourth at 8 under, with Sweden's Jens Falbring and fellow Spaniard Adri Arnaus one stroke behind .
Dean responded to the first drop on No. 11 with his third eagle in two days, a 168-yard hole from the 12th fairway, and nearly repeated it on the next hole.
He shot 69 while Reid, along with Ram and Sam Bairstow, shot 68.
Falbling shot a 70 on Friday, including a hole-in-one on No. 11. He had eight birdies and two bogeys for a 65, while Arnaus shot a 68.
