The Korn Ferry Tour has announced its 2025 season schedule, revealing a lineup of 26 tournaments spanning January to October, culminating with the Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance. As the season finale, this event will determine which players earn their coveted PGA TOUR cards based on their standing on the Korn Ferry Tour Points List.
“The Korn Ferry Tour continues to grow, with strong momentum heading into 2025,” shared Korn Ferry Tour President Alex Baldwin. Baldwin highlighted last season’s historic moments, such as Aldrich Potgieter becoming the youngest champion, Cristobal Del Solar’s record-breaking round of 57, and Matt McCarty’s Three-Victory Promotion. “The talent on the Korn Ferry Tour is outstanding, and we are committed to preparing these players for success at the highest level,” Baldwin added.
In 2025, the Korn Ferry Tour will celebrate its 35th season, featuring 10 televised events on Golf Channel and a refreshed Korn Ferry Tour Finals schedule. New to this season is the addition of an international event in Mexico, making a total of 26 tournaments across seven countries and 17 U.S. states.
The season kicks off with two back-to-back events in The Bahamas, marking the eighth consecutive year of the Tour’s collaboration with The Bahamas Tourism, which extends through 2027. The Ocean Club Golf Course on Paradise Island will debut as the host of The Bahamas Golf Classic at Atlantis Paradise Island (Jan. 12-15), followed by The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at The Abaco Club (Jan. 19-22), both aired on Golf Channel.
Following The Bahamas, the Korn Ferry Tour will head to Panama City for The Panama Championship (Jan. 30-Feb. 2) and then Bogota, Colombia, for the Astara Golf Championship presented by Mastercard (Feb. 6-9). After a brief break, the Tour resumes in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the 118th Visa Argentina Open presented by Macro (Feb. 27-March 2), a prestigious event partnered with The R&A to offer its champion an exemption for The Open Championship. The following week, the Tour will visit Santiago, Chile, for the Astara Chile Classic presented by Scotiabank (March 6-9).
April marks the first U.S.-based event with the Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club in Savannah, Georgia (April 3-6), followed by the LECOM Suncoast Classic in Lakewood Ranch, Florida (April 16-19).
New to the 2025 lineup is the PGA Riviera Maya Championship (May 1-4) in Mexico, located near Tulum. “We’re thrilled to add PGA Riviera Maya as a host for the Korn Ferry Tour,” Baldwin said. “After several successful seasons as a PGA TOUR Americas event, it’s an exciting transition for both players and fans.”
Other key tournaments include the Visit Knoxville Open (May 22-25), the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Wichita Open (June 19-22), and the Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Hiland Dairy Foods, which, along with the Albertsons Boise Open (Aug. 14-17), has been a staple on the Korn Ferry Tour since its inaugural season.
The four-event Korn Ferry Tour Finals will commence with the Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation (Sept. 11-14), continuing with the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship (Sept. 18-21). The Compliance Solutions Championship (Oct. 2-5) joins the Finals as a new addition, with The Patriot Golf Club in Owasso, Oklahoma, serving as the host. The season will conclude on October 12 with the final round of the Korn Ferry Tour Championship, where top performers will receive PGA TOUR cards.
In a longstanding tradition, the top-ranked player on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour Points List will receive an exemption to THE PLAYERS Championship and the U.S. Open Championship in the following season.
