Leading UK golf retailer American Golf has signed an exclusive sponsorship deal with rising golf star and DP World Tour player Dan Brown.
The 29-year-old from Northallerton, Yorkshire, who recently made headlines when he finished 10th on his British Open debut, will join the USGA until December 2025.
This partnership brings American Golf one step closer to becoming the ultimate one-stop destination for all golfers, adding value to customers by providing exclusive opportunities and events.
Over the next 18 months, the retailer will be given exclusive access to behind-the-scenes footage revealed across all social channels, while Brown will also attend company events and appearances.
In 2023, Brown won his first DP World Tour title at the ISPS Handa World Invitational in Northern Ireland, finishing five strokes ahead of Alex Fitzpatrick. He then shocked the golf world on the first day of the Open at Royal Troon, where his bogey-free 65 gave him the lead going into the first round of the final major of the season.
The USA Golf logo will appear on Brown's playing apparel throughout the season, and the retailer has also pledged to support his training and development.
Brown, currently ranked 201st in the world and 58th in the DP World Tour standings, said: “American Golf is synonymous with all golfers and I am thrilled to continue my partnership with them.
