Here’s everything you need to know about Day 3 of the second Rolex Series event of the season.
Ludvig Åberg moved further into the lead, Robert MacIntyre fuelled his home title hopes, Antoine Rozner birdied the par-4 and Sahith Theegala pulled off a 'super flip' on day three of the Genesis Scottish Open.
Here’s everything you need to know about Saturday’s Renaissance Club.
Åberg extends lead
Oberg will go into the final round with a two-shot lead but MacIntyre will be close behind, looking for a thrilling home win. Oberg started with a one-shot lead but fell two shots behind MacIntyre on the back nine, with the Scot shooting a 63 to delight local fans and vault up the leaderboard. However, the Swede then birdied the 16th and 17th holes for a 17-under 65 as he seeks his first Rolex Series victory. Australian Adam Scott joined MacIntyre at 14-under 64 to finish one shot ahead of the American duo of Collin Morikawa and Tigra, South Korea's Im Sung-jae and France's Rozner.
Bob is ready for another home challenge
Home-grown hero McIntyre will be looking to shake off the curse of 12 months ago, as he entered the final group just two shots off the lead. Last year, McIntyre hit a stunning second shot on the final hole to set up a final-round birdie and a one-shot lead after a 64, raising hopes he would become the first Scotsman to win the National Open since Colin Montgomerie in 1999. But Rory McIlroy had other ideas, birdying the 17th before hitting a brilliant shot of his own on the final hole to break local hearts. McIntyre started the final round three shots closer to the lead than he did last season and knew he had to keep his emotions in check. “I'll make no bones about it: the Scottish Open is where I want it to be,” he said. “It's not going to change tomorrow. It's just another round of golf and I just have to control myself and if I can control myself then I'll have a chance.”
Rozner hits hole-in-one for eagle
The Frenchman hit perhaps his best shot of the week from 189 yards to the pin on the seventh hole. Oberg's reaction said it all.

This isn't his only drama…
An eagle on the seventh, a monster shot on the first, and an unexpected birdie on the third – Anthony had a pretty good day.
You've seen the flop, now the super flop
It's like a failed at-bat, but more failed, right, Sahith?

Joy of six
The sixth hole is only 155 yards away, and the green is surrounded by expectant fans. When players hit tee shots like this, the fans cheer loudly.
Happy Mood
This week, the chips kept coming in and we couldn’t be happier about it.
