The end-of-season DP World Tour Championship, now in its 16th year, is a highlight of Middle Eastern sporting events. With the likes of Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood already confirmed for the final Role Series event of the season, golf on the course will be as exciting as ever, and The event is now part of the inaugural DP World Tour – running concurrently with the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship at Yas Links a week ago.
For fans who want to take a break from watching the world's best golfers compete for glory, there's plenty to keep you busy starting with Ladies Day on Saturday 16th November at general admission prices is AED 125 and can be purchased quickly and for free – children 17 and under need to book in advance
After collecting your wristband on arrival (before 3pm), ladies can redeem two free drinks (subject to availability) at the Zonin Bar in Champions Village from 11am.
Golf practice sessions will take place on the driving range at 12 noon, giving participants the opportunity to perfect their swings with some of the pros participating in the tournament.
Ladies Day attendees can also sit back and relax at one of the on-site pampering stations or watch the Trick Shot Boys put on a show, while those looking to stand out from the crowd will have the chance to take advantage of the glittery face painting Serve.
The end of golf doesn't mean the end of the day, the Red Light Party Band will take to the stage (after the last putt at around 5.30pm) to ensure the celebrations continue and bring the day's events to an exciting end Fashion.
Sunday, November 17 is Family Day, with free express admission for children 17 and under, but pre-registration is required.
There's also plenty of entertainment for the little ones to enjoy in the children's area (open 11am-5pm), including face painting, balloon bending, arts and crafts, magic shows and princess workshops.
As an added bonus, House of Pops will be giving away free plant-based fruit pops to the first 200 children in attendance at Championship Village starting at 9am.
The driving range will once again offer free golf lessons for all abilities, while the Trick Shot Boys will return to showcase their dazzling skills.
Following the event, live music will be provided by the brilliant Greg Pearson, who will kick off the 2024 DP World Tour Championship in style.
