Four-way tie at top
What a great start for our blog! South Africa's Shaun Norris is tied for the lead at four shots after a birdie on 15.
His compatriot Van Velzen showed great touch when he hit a potentially tricky two-putt from the back of the 11th green, rolling the golf ball down the hill and keeping it within driving range.
Overnight leader Marcus Kinhult remains just one shot behind after arresting an earlier slide.
Ayoola three-putts
The leading Spaniard dropped a stroke after a disappointing three-putt on the 12th hole. He was about 30 feet away from birdie, but his effort down the hill was too much, leaving Ayoola one shot behind.
There can be just as many mistakes as gains on the final few holes, so it's unlikely Ayoola is alone in that regard…
Another four putt
I'm not sure what happened on the greens this afternoon, but more and more players are having trouble with rhythm control. France's Martin Couvra was a contender for the award, but he just hit four with his putter and is now likely to be out. He four-putted the par-5 15th for a double-bogey 7, dropping to -10 for the week.

Compare fate
Kimhuth and Van Velzen still have five holes to play but are struggling to find momentum. Meanwhile, Norris and Parry appear to be enjoying life more but are heading into their respective final rounds.
As if to emphasize the point, Van Velzen three-putted the par-5 13th to drop to -12. Seconds later, Kim Hutt did the exact same thing in almost the same spot!
They still have time left and they will need it if the final pair are to reignite their title hopes.
More bugs (and some magic)
John Parry was the latest player in the field to three-putt, which resulted in a miss on the par-3 16th.
Meanwhile, up front, Shaun Norris missed the fairway on the 18th tee and tried to lay up with his second shot, but made a terrible mistake, found a bunker, and just Near the lake in front of the green.
But could it be the winning shot? The South African hit a long bunker shot onto the green and made two putts from 25 feet to reach the clubhouse at 13 under.
norris in the clubhouse
Shaun Norris shot a fourth-round 67 to get to 13-under and six shots behind going into the clubhouse. For me, as things stand, that might be enough.
Norris, 42, is on track to win his second DP World Tour title. He will also become the 13th South African to win the event. History awaits.

van velzen responds
Van Velzen birdied No. 14 and then said in stunning fashion, “Wait a minute, this isn't over yet.” He had two other par 5s, so there was still plenty to gain. .
Disappointing pars
Ayoola had to settle for 15 after hitting his tee shot on the right side of the fairway and eventually finding the back left bunker. He also passed some towering trees and a scary sand trap along the way. But at 12 under, the young Spaniard needs better…

It was a similar story for Van Velzen, even as he gave himself a decent birdie chance. This is also about being absolutely ahead.
Marcus Kinhunt has made 15 birdies, but he's now just one shot behind…

Stay away from Van Velzen
Van Velzen made a safe two-putt on the par-3 16th to stay at -13, but Kinhult made a birdie putt and nearly found the ball in the left sand. pit. He had to risk himself to achieve this, so you can't blame him for what happened. However, another bogey meant he was teetering on the edge.
Not suitable for parrying
The Englishman had a chance to tie the lead on the final green, but his birdie missed the mark entirely and he had to settle for 12 under and a top-five finish. While the ending was disappointing, it was overall a great week for the Challenge Tour graduates.
Dean's disappointing day
One of South Africa's main hopes ahead of the tournament, Dean Burmeister endured a nightmare at Leopard Creek on Sunday. He finished with a 6-over-par 78 to drop all the way to a tie for 27th.
Van Velzen came very close
oh! Van Velzen looked like he had a clutch birdie on No. 17 to take a commanding lead, but he lurched left at the last second and he was tied with Norris at -13. Clubhouse leaders had just strolled onto the practice field to prepare for the playoffs.
Power driven
Vandrill hit his shot on No. 18, right in the middle of the fairway. He was in a good position to make birdie.
However, Ayoola – who absolutely needs a birdie if he is to have any chance of making the playoffs – said “hold my cerveza (sinful alcohol)” and launched himself into the South African's fly of kick-off. This is ridiculous.
Wrong ending of title
Oh angel…what have you done? His tee shot went ridiculously long, but his second shot bounced off the back of the green and dribbled into the drink. This is his chance.

Ayola takes medicine
On the 18th, Ayoola was hit in the back of the head again and made a final bogey after missing a shot, finishing tied for fourth with Darius Van Driel at 11 under. . Not participating in his first DP World Tour event.
van velzen finds water
No, no, no. Van Velzen won’t win in the regular season. He was entering the par-5 18th hole when he rolled across the green and fell into the water from behind.
However, the playoff was still on the cards after the young South African converted his fourth shot from around 12 feet. One putt made the playoffs, two putts gave the title to Norris.

Shaun Norris wins Alfred Dunhill Championship
Van Velzen played well but his putt was just wide and he dropped back into second place with John Parry. Shaun Norris' 13, 13 under, one stroke was enough! True drama at Leopard Creek!
