Tarragona, Spain–– New Mexico State golf alumni Albert Boneta and Bastien Amat received their tour cards this week during the final stages of Q-School to compete in the 2025 DP World Tour. Boneta (Class of 2024) and Amat (Class of 2024) are among 21 players guaranteed to play on the tour next season.
During the final six rounds of Infinitum Golf in Tarragona, Spain, the top 20 players qualified for the 2025 Tour. Boneta finished tied for fourth at 22 under, while Amat finished tied for seventh at 21 under.
Boneta, a native of Barcelona, Spain, was one of 10 players on the field to shoot under par in all six rounds, shooting 66, 70, 69, 65, 70, 66 , the final score was 22 under par. Amat, who was born in Condette, France, shot rounds of 66-70-74-67-64-66 to finish at 21 under. Lobo's former teammates were even paired together in Thursday's final round of Q-School.
The 2025 DP World Tour schedule will include the BMW Australian PGA Championship in Brisbane from November 21 to 24.
