The 2024 Paris Olympics are in full swing, with the men's Olympic golf competition set to kick off on Thursday, with 60 of the world's top players from five continents set to compete for gold at the Golf National de Paris.
Xander Schauffele will look to defend his gold medal alongside the rest of the American team, world number one Scottie Scheffler, Wyndham Clark and Collin Morikawa. Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry represent Ireland, Tommy Fleetwood and Matt Fitzpatrick are for Great Britain, while Ludvig Åberg and Viktor Hovland are among the 32 DP World Tour members.
The men's competition will be held from August 1 to 4, and the women's competition will be held from August 7 to 10.
